Tarek Hany

Tarek Hany has extensive experience in organization development and talent management, currently serving as the Organization Development & Talent Management Manager at Egypt Foods Group. Previously, Tarek held multiple roles at LafargeHolcim, including Plant HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Country Organization Development & Talent Management Section Head, and OD & Talent Management Supervisor. Tarek earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Cairo University, where studies took place from 1999 to 2003, and attended Dar El Tarbeya from 1986 to 1999.
