Melissa Mitchell

Melissa Mitchell is EHC Global’s Director of Human Resources and has been part of the EHC team since March 2001. Based in Oshawa, Canada, she leads the Corporate Human Resources Department and provides support to all EHC entities around the world in addition to being responsible for the day-to-day HR activities in the North American operations including recruitment, selection, employee relations, training, and development, employment contracts, policies, and procedures. Prior to EHC, Melissa managed the Scarborough location of CBI Health Group for four years. Melissa holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Trent University in addition to a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Sir Sandford Fleming College. She is an active member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) and obtained her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation in 2004.
