Eric Choi

Eric Choi has a diverse work experience in the IT industry spanning over several decades. Eric started their career as a Senior Systems Analyst at Cole, Sherman & Associates, where they designed and developed maintenance management software and statistical models for various clients. Eric also led a team in implementing the supervisory control system for a track maintenance machine developed by Pandrol Jackson.

Eric later joined Teranet Inc., where they held several managerial positions. As the Senior Manager of Systems & Development, they successfully led the re-platforming of Ontario's Electronic Land Registration System, migrating it from a mainframe legacy application to a modern web application platform. Eric also managed Teranet's contract with the Ontario Government, improving the reliability and performance of the system and delivering major releases on schedule.

Currently, Eric is the Director of Solutions Delivery at eHealth Ontario. Eric plays a crucial role in managing solution delivery and previously held the position of Manager of Application Development & Support.

Eric Choi attended the University of Waterloo from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. Additionally, they received a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in 2013.
