Mubaraka Ibrahim

Mubaraka Ibrahim currently serves as the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer at EHSUAE since September 2024. Previously, Mubaraka held significant roles at the Ministry of Health and Prevention in the UAE from October 2014 to April 2021, including Director of Information Technology and Director of the Health Information Systems Department, where responsibilities included setting strategic directions for health information and managing system implementations. Prior experience at Dubai Health Authority from May 2008 to September 2014 included Director of Information Technology, Director of Health Data & Information Analysis Department, and Assistant IT Director, focusing on developing IT policies, quality control procedures, and the eHealth vision. Mubaraka holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from the American University and a diploma in HealthCare from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
