Brijendra Srivastava

Brijendra Srivastava has over 20 years of work experience in the agricultural industry. Brijendra started their career at Kirloskar Brothers Limited as a Marketing Engineer, where they marketed industrial pumps and valves to government departments in Uttar Pradesh. Brijendra then joined Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, where they held various roles including Territory Manager/Area Manager, State Head for Bihar and Jharkhand, State Head for Orissa, and Regional Head for the East. Brijendra was responsible for dealer and team management, strategic planning, and meeting sales targets. In 2013, they became the General Manager-Sales at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited until 2015. After that, they joined International Tractors Limited as the Head of Africa Operations and then moved to Eicher Tractors as the Head of Dealer Development.

Brijendra Srivastava's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Agricultural Engineering from Allahabad Agricultural Institute, which they completed from 1987 to 1992. In 2000 to 2001, they pursued a Diploma in Marketing Management at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). In 2013 to 2014, Brijendra Srivastava attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where they completed a Senior Management Programme focused on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
