Sarah Lord

Sarah Lord has extensive experience in HR and people management roles. Sarah currently holds the position of Global VP People at Eigen Technologies, an AI company based in London, Lisbon, and New York. Prior to this, they served as the Global People Director at Eigen Technologies. Sarah also worked as the HR Director at Weber Shandwick, where they provided strategic HR leadership and managed a team for approximately 500 employees. Before Weber Shandwick, they held the role of Vice President Human Resources at Reevoo. Sarah's previous experience also includes working as an HR Manager at Oliver Wyman, where they led the Human Capital Operations team and managed payroll, benefits, employee relations, recruitment, and legal matters. Sarah also served as an HR Manager at Hemming Group and worked as an HR Advisor at Wall Street Systems. Sarah started their career at Mercer, where they worked as a Senior HR Support Services Advisor.

Sarah Lord (Chartered MCIPD) obtained a BA in Personnel Management from the University of Greenwich, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Sarah then pursued a Post Grad Diploma in HR Management at Croydon College, completing their studies between 2005 and 2007. In addition to their formal education, Sarah has obtained certifications such as being a Mental Health First Aider through Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in October 2019. Sarah is also a Chartered Member of the CIPD, which they attained in July 2005 from THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT.
