Kim van der Wal

Kim van der Wal currently serves as Adjunct regiomanager at Eigen&Wijzer, responsible for managing quality, results, and leadership across multiple childcare locations in Friesland, while collaborating closely with the educational sector to achieve organizational goals. Previously, Kim co-founded Mats&Merthe, a Dutch brand focused on sustainable luxury newborn collections, where the role involved designing a premium basic collection. Prior experience includes serving as a primary school teacher at Bisschop möller Stichting, guiding children's development and analyzing educational outcomes, as well as working as a commercial employee at Thialf BV, where responsibilities included organizing corporate events and creating promotional materials. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Communication from NHL Hogeschool and a teaching degree in primary education from Katholieke PABO Zwolle.
