Jonathan Eldridge has extensive work experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Jonathan currently holds the position of Chief Experience Officer at Eight Eleven Group, where they focus on enhancing the customer experience and fostering creativity. Prior to this role, they served as the Executive Vice President-Experience, where they worked with all divisions of the company.

Before joining Eight Eleven Group, Jonathan worked at Brooksource for over 16 years. Jonathan held various positions, including Vice President of Sales, where they were responsible for driving sales growth and expansion for the Eastern half of the company. Jonathan also served as the Regional Director-East Coast Operations, overseeing operations in multiple regions and implementing growth strategies. Additionally, they held roles as the Director of Philadelphia Operations and the Director of Michigan Operations, where they played a key role in opening a new expansion office.

Jonathan started their career at Tek Systems as an Account Executive. During their tenure, they built valuable experience in account management and sales.

Jonathan Eldridge attended Central Michigan University from 1994 to 1998, where they pursued a degree in Communications/Marketing with a focus on Business Studies.
