Imran Fernando

Imran Fernando began their career in 2014 as a Web Developer at N2S Esolutions. Imran then moved to SENSE FEEL IT (PVT) LTD as an Associate Software Engineer. In 2016, they joined Loops Solutions as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for custom Opencart/Wordpress theme development and Wordpress plugin development. In 2020, they became a Senior Software Engineer at EIGHT25MEDIA, where their responsibilities included mobile responsive full-stack Web/Mobile application development, AA compliance and security, and Drupal two themes at once. Imran was also part of a team that completed a Google project in a timely manner.

Imran Fernando has a diverse educational background. Imran attended St Anthony's College in Wattala, Sri Lanka from 1995 to 2008, where they received their primary education. Imran then attended SDC Institution in Colombo 06, Sri Lanka from 2013 to 2014 and obtained a Master Diploma in Web Engineering, specializing in Web Design and Development. In 2013, they began attending SLIIT, where they obtained a B.Sc Special (Hons) in Information Technology with a focus on Computer Software Engineering in 2017. In December 2022, they obtained a certification in React: Software Architecture from LinkedIn.
