Basharat Khan has extensive work experience in various roles within the property management industry. Basharat started their career in 2004 as a Project Director at Stace llp, where they were responsible for managing retail and commercial delivery projects. Basharat worked with notable clients such as Tesco, Primark, Sephora, and Marks & Spencers. In 2007, Basharat joined ALDAR Properties PJSC as the Director of Customer Management, where they were in charge of contracts validation, administration, and registration with local authorities. Basharat also managed property transfers and title deed registration. After working at ALDAR Properties for over 13 years, Basharat then moved on to become the Director of Community Management at Aldar. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Community Officer at Eighteen, starting in December 2022.
Basharat Khan MRICS MCIOB has an educational background in Total Quality Management, having completed an MBA program at Southeastern University. Prior to that, they studied Civil Engineering at UET N.W.F.P.
