Lead Product Analyst at Eightfold

Jing Lin has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. They began their career as a Sales Intern at Happy Valley Theme Park in 2014 and later worked as a Marketing Intern at China Foreign Trade - Guangzhou Exhibition General Corporation in 2015.

In 2017, Jing joined Brado, where they initially served as a Data Analyst Intern, conducting keyword research and constructing predictive models. They later became a Data Analyst, optimizing marketing campaign performance using quantitative and qualitative approaches. As an Associate Director, Data Science, Jing led a team in conducting marketing research and formulating digital marketing strategies, resulting in improved return on advertising spend (ROAS).

Jing then joined Gopuff in 2021 as an Analytics Lead, Marketing Analytics, leading the development of marketing strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth in ad revenue and average revenue per user (ARPU).

Currently, Jing is working at Eightfold as a Senior Product Analyst and has recently been promoted to Lead Product Analyst. In this role, they have led the end-to-end development of multiple analytics dashboard products and have been instrumental in achieving a significant increase in usage and a reduction in bugs. They also lead product analytics initiatives to identify growth opportunities and establish metrics for measuring product feature adoption and success.

Jing Lin holds a Master's Degree in Business Analytics from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, which was achieved from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Sun Yat-sen University, completed from 2012 to 2016. Jing also pursued a dual degree in English Language and Literature from the same university, earning it between 2012 and 2015. Jing completed their high school education at Guangzhou Zhixin High School from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Google Analytics Individual Qualification in March 2020 and Google Ads Certifications in January 2017.
