Kelly Rasmussen

Kelly Rasmussen has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the technology and consulting industries. Kelly currently serves as a Product Delivery Director at Eightfold, where they are responsible for overseeing the delivery of products. Prior to this, Kelly worked at Cargill as a Customer Success & Operations Leader, where they drove strategic initiatives within the digital solutions department. Kelly also served as the Director of Professional Services at Blue Crab Consulting, where they built and led the Professional Services team. Kelly has also held positions such as Director Client Strategy at TMP Worldwide, Lead of HCM Offerings at Rizing HCM, and Senior Technical Project Manager at SAP. Their responsibilities in these roles ranged from developing talent acquisition strategies to managing global HR transformation projects. Kelly also has experience in project management and education services from their time at Epicor Software Corp.

Kelly Rasmussen attended Augsburg University from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a degree in Marketing. Kelly also obtained additional certifications including SAP Certified Application Professional - Recruiting Marketing from SAP in 2016 and Project Management Professional (PMP) from The Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2014. Kelly also obtained the SAP Certified Application Associate - SuccessFactors Recruiting Management certification from SAP in 2014.
