Mark Phillips

Mark Phillips is an experienced technical stage manager and audio technician with a career spanning over two decades in the entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Technical Stage Manager for the Mojo Stage at Bluesfest since March 2019, Mark has also maintained a freelance role with Eighth Day Sound Systems Inc and as a Stagehand with All Access Crewing. Mark's extensive freelance experience includes significant contributions to major festivals and tours, handling roles such as acting production manager, stage manager, and guitar tech for prominent artists and events, including Cirque du Soleil and the Prince Welcome to Australia Tour. Mark holds a Bachelor of Music Technology from Queensland Conservatorium of Music and various certifications in audio and live production, reflecting a robust educational background in the field.
