Espen Jakobsen

Espen Jakobsen's work experience begins in 2000, where they worked as an HR Consultant at ISS Facility Services. Espen then held various roles at ISS, including HR Consultant and Daglig leder (Managing Director), until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, Jakobsen worked as an HR Manager at ICA Norge AS. Espen then served as the Personalsjef (Personnel Manager) at Aftenposten Distribusjon AS from 2008 to 2010. Jakobsen then joined Orkla foods Norge as an HR Manager from 2010 to 2015. Espen continued their career at Orkla ASA, where they held the positions of Senior HR Manager and Vice President HR from 2015 to 2019. Jakobsen then became the HR Director at Orkla Confectionery & Snacks Norge AS from 2019 to 2021. From 2021 to 2023, they worked as the Global Head of People & Culture commercial at Hurtigruten.
