Ramon Sijmonsma

Ramon Sijmonsma is an experienced sales and business development professional currently serving as Sales Director for Digital Services at EIMS since October 2012. At EIMS, Ramon has focused on helping technology companies enhance their revenue through optimized digital strategies and data-driven approaches to maximize ROI across the sales funnel. Previous roles at EIMS included Business Unit Director APAC and Inside Sales Manager APAC, where Ramon contributed to accelerating sales processes and managing high-performing teams. Prior to EIMS, Ramon completed development internships in youth entrepreneurship and community health in Africa and held positions with SV Reaal Dronten, where responsibilities included organizing matches and overseeing club operations. Ramon holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from IBEI and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Groningen.
