Kristian has a comprehensive background in recruitment, having held multiple roles at Bohmans Nätverk, Aoex Talent Management AB, and Academic Work, which involved managing talent recruitment projects and collaborating with clients to fill strategic positions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Linköping University and a social sciences background with an economic focus from Platenskolan.
