Ben Weeks is an experienced technology professional with a strong focus on innovation and digital strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Development & Innovation for Business Solutions at eir evo, Ben leads initiatives that utilize cutting-edge technologies such as low-code, automation, and AI to enhance customer value through Agile and DevOps methodologies. In addition to this role, Ben has worked as a Digital Strategist at KnowAll, where expertise in Microsoft solutions like Azure and Office 365 has been applied to help organizations optimize their digital strategies. Previous positions include providing leadership in innovation and DevOps at Cognizant, leading a multinational team at Cielo Costa, and architecting compliant solutions at Grant Thornton UK LLP. Ben's educational background includes a BSc in Physics from the University of Nottingham and completion of the Ignite Programme at Cambridge Judge Business School.
