Syahirah Omar

Syahirah Omar is a proficient IT professional with significant experience in technical support and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Deskside Support Engineer at EIRE Systems since June 2021, Syahirah provides onsite support, manages cloud resources utilizing Microsoft Azure, and oversees system updates and patch management. Previous roles include Windows Migration Engineer at EMERGE 360 Japan, where migration to Windows 10 was facilitated, and IT Engineer at Oikotechno Japan Co., Ltd, responsible for network device management and Windows support. Earlier experience as a Service Desk Analyst at Atos involved ticket management and password support, while remote desktop support was provided at DXC Technology. An internship as a Quality Assurance intern at Asian Ndk Crystal Sdn Bhd laid the groundwork for technical expertise. Syahirah holds a Bachelor's degree in chemical process engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology.
