Brandon Schott

Brandon Schott has over 20 years of work experience, with a focus on talent acquisition and recruitment. Brandon most recently served as the Vice President and Global Talent Acquisition Lead at EIS Group Ltd, where they built and led a team of thirteen recruiters responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for talent across various divisions and regions. Prior to that, Brandon worked at JPMorgan Chase as a VP and Executive Recruiter, where they developed recruiting strategies, sourced candidates, and managed the end-to-end recruitment process. Brandon also has experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Quick Solutions and as a Director of Recruiting at The Paragon Group. Brandon began their career as a Technical Recruiter at Adecco Technical and later served as an Account Executive at McLeod USA. Brandon also gained experience in recruiting and managerial development as the Director of Managerial Development for the University of Iowa Football team. Brandon holds a wealth of knowledge and expertise in talent acquisition and has a strong track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.

Brandon Schott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Marketing from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. Brandon attended the university from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, Brandon obtained the LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter certification from LinkedIn Certification in February 2017.
