Eric M.

Eric M. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent position was at EIS Ltd as the Managing Director of SaaS Production Support, starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at OpenText from November 2020 to May 2023, where they served as the Senior Technical Support Manager. In this role, they led advanced teams and participated in key product improvement initiatives.

Before OpenText, Eric held various positions at RDM Corporation from 2005 to 2019. Eric started as the Manager of Customer Support, where they grew the Technical Support and IT Infrastructure teams. Eric then became the Director Of Operations and was responsible for building and facilitating corporate Incident Management and DR/BCP programs. Lastly, they served as the Senior Manager of Outsourcing Operations, overseeing Support, DevOps, and Implementation teams.

Prior to RDM Corporation, Eric worked at Microsoft Corporation as a Customer Service Consultant from March 2003 to January 2005. Eric began their career at Xinutel Professional Services as a Telecommunications Consultant from June 1999 to January 2004, where they installed and maintained telephony call center data systems for various clients. Finally, Eric started their professional journey at Avotus Corporation as a Field Specialist from 1994 to 1999.

Eric M. attended Carleton University from 1990 to 1994, where they studied Science. In addition to their education, Eric obtained several certifications throughout their professional career. In 2013, they received the ITIL Foundation Level certification from Global Knowledge. Eric also obtained certifications from various institutions on different topics such as CompTIA Security+, Leading with Purpose, Leading with Values, Ontario Human Rights Code, and Workplace Employment Standards.
