Evita Kviese-Poliņa

Evita Kviese-Poliņa began their work experience in 2014 as a Waitress at Cantus Group. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Administrative Secretary at Baltijas Informacijas Tehnologijas. Evita later became the Office & Quality Manager at the same company from an unspecified date until 2018. In 2018, Evita joined Accenture as a Project Control Services Associate and held this position until 2019. Evita then became a Project Control Services Analyst at Accenture until 2021. Finally, in 2021, Evita joined EIS Ltd as a Rating Business Analyst.

Evita Kviese-Poliņa received a Professional Master's degree in Project Management from Latvijas Universitate from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Psychology at RISEBA University from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including the Entry Certificate in Business Analysis™ from IIBA in February 2021, Data Analysis and Report Preparation in MS Excel from SIA Pygmalion in November 2019, Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in August 2019, and Certified Project Management Associate (Level D) from IPMA: International Project Management Association in April 2019.
