Geoff Walton

Geoff Walton is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer success and professional services within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Success at EIS Group Ltd since October 2014, Geoff has played a pivotal role in implementing the EIS Suite across various sectors, including leading major programs for international health benefits insurers and individual disability carriers. Prior to this, Geoff held significant positions at Sun Life Financial, notably as Assistant Vice President, where strategic leadership contributed to substantial growth in voluntary benefits sales, and previously directed project management to transform technology platforms and business processes. With a foundation in business account management at Tufts Health Plan and an academic background in Genetics from Newcastle University, Geoff’s career reflects a commitment to driving operational excellence and innovation in the insurance field.
