Jim Eva

Jim Eva has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jim began their career as a Software Engineer at Chevron USA, where they supported the business needs of Chevron's refineries and developed expertise in both business and technical aspects. After that, they worked at Commerce One as a Sr. Software Engineer, where they acted as a liaison between engineering, marketing, customers, and technical publications.

Jim then joined TechExcel as a Sr. Business Development Manager, where they managed three software products and created and managed an indirect sales channel to expand market coverage. Jim later moved to ADP Claim Services Group and served as a Sr. Product Manager for Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).

At Audatex (formerly ADP Claims Services), Jim took on the role of Sr. Product Manager for System Integration Platform, where they developed and marketed an EAI platform to integrate insurance companies with Audatex solutions and other service providers. Jim successfully increased revenue through pricing changes and standardizing solution options and created two network offerings.

Following that, Jim worked at Risk Management Solutions, Inc. as a Sr. Product Manager of Primary Insurance Solutions. Their responsibilities included defining and designing enterprise software platforms, introducing standardized templates for software design documents, and developing platform requirements.

Currently, Jim is at EIS Ltd as the VP of Product Strategy & Engineering, overseeing the product strategy and engineering teams. Previously, they held the position of Vice President of Product Strategy and led product strategy initiatives. Jim also worked as a Product Strategy Executive, translating market information into product strategy priorities and leading a team of strategists.

Jim Eva attended University High School from 1977 to 1981, where they did not obtain a degree or specialize in a specific field of study. Following this, they enrolled at Pomona College from 1981 to 1983, majoring in English Literature and studying Russian Language. Finally, Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona between 1983 and 1987. During their time at the University of Arizona, they focused on Management Information Systems (MIS) and Operations Management (OM).
