Senior Business Analyst at EIS Group

Julie Feinberg has a diverse work experience in the field of business analysis and IT management. Julie started their career in 1999 as a Senior Software Architect at Merck, where they were responsible for coding, testing, and managing functional and technical requirements for claims processing and client reporting software applications. Julie introduced a new software development methodology that contributed to higher-quality product releases and a reduction in quality control defects.

In 2005, Julie joined Express Scripts as a Systems/Business Analyst, leading design sessions and evaluating existing systems for enhancement or new technologies. Julie also designed flow charts and diagrams to outline system capabilities and business processes.

From 2012 to 2015, Julie worked at Return on Intelligence as a Lead Business Analyst, leading the requirements definition efforts for an enterprise ECM/knowledge base solution. Julie also performed analysis, design, and testing for demo and presale projects in SAP Claims and Fraud Management solution.

At Exigen Services, Julie worked as a Lead Business Analyst from 2012 to 2015, where they were responsible for requirements definition of a customer-facing business advisory website portal. Julie also documented current business functionality, identified customer requirements, and created a roadmap for upgrading the existing legacy platform with Exigen's insurance solution.

From 2015 to 2016, Julie joined Johnson & Johnson as a Senior IT Manager, providing guidance to improve the quality of requirements and coaching program/project teams on the Agile/Scrum framework. Julie also performed risk assessments of the quality of requirements.

Julie's most recent work experience was at EIS Group Ltd, where they worked as a Senior Business Analyst from 2016 to the present. Julie helped deliver operational platforms to end users and assisted in planning, designing, and implementing core system transformation solutions for clients in the insurance industry.

Julie is currently working as a Business Analysis Manager at Guardian Life since 2017.

Julie Feinberg obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Art Management from St. Petersburg College of Fine Arts. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner Credential (ACPM) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2020, the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2019, and the SAFe 4 Practitioner Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2019. Julie also obtained various certifications related to SAP, including SAP Benchmarking Fundamentals, SAP Discovering Customer requirements, SAP Effective Demonstrations, SAP Business All-In-One Pre-Sales, and SAP Value Management, all obtained in 2014.
