Lauris Zalitis

Lauris Zalitis has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Lauris started their career at BTA Insurance Company SE in 2001, where they held various roles in the Motor Insurance Department, including Specialist, Senior Specialist, Head of Brokers and Major Clients Division, and Deputy Director. In 2008, they joined ERGO Latvia as a Senior Motor Underwriter and later moved to ERGO Insurance SE Latvian Branch, where they worked as the Head of the MTPL Business Line. In 2013, they joined Balcia Insurance SE as the Chief Underwriter and Insurance Product Manager for International Markets. Lauris later became the Head of Motor Underwriting and Product Management for International Markets until December 2021. In 2022, they worked as an IT Project Manager at AJ Latvia before joining EIS Ltd as a Senior Business System Analyst.

Lauris Zalitis obtained a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Latvia, where they studied from 1998 to 2004. Prior to this, Lauris attended the Gymnasium of Jugla, but information regarding the degree earned or field of study is not provided.
