Marina Stepanenko

Marina Stepanenko has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and positions. Marina began their career as an Inventory Accountant at Starpizza Cafe in 2010, where they managed inventory and accounted for stock. In 2012, they joined Epicentr K as Deputy Head of Sales Department, overseeing sales staff, analyzing procurement data, resolving customer issues, and organizing training seminars. Marina then moved on to Aquatoria City Ltd. in 2013, working as an Import Manager/Purchasing Manager responsible for purchasing and inventory activities for five stores in Ukraine. Marina negotiated payment terms, coordinated with Chinese manufacturers, and liaised between suppliers and sales divisions. In 2014, Marina worked as a Purchasing Manager at Mirs Inc., consolidating orders, resolving issues related to product ordering and delivery, and processing payments. Most recently, they have been working at EIS Ltd since 2016, starting as an Expense Reports Manager, then transitioning to an Operations Coordinator, and currently serving as a Senior Finance Operations Manager.

Marina Stepanenko obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Accounting and Audit from the European University in Kiev, Ukraine. Marina completed their education from 2005 to 2010.
