Maris Novozilovs

Maris Novozilovs began their work experience in 1998 as a Motivation Project Manager at Latvijas Krājbanka. Maris later worked as a Mortgage Loan Consultant at Parex Bank and Norvik Bank from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they became a Motivation Project Manager at Lattelecom for a brief period before transitioning to Nordea, where they held various roles including Business Analyst, Regional Project Manager, and Senior Business Analyst. Maris joined Intrum Global Technologies in 2017 as a Product Manager and worked there until 2019. From 2020 onwards, they have been a Trainer at Baltijas Datoru Akadēmija (BDA) and a Co-Founder at NexALL Ltd. Additionally, in 2020, they also worked as a Senior Business Analyst at EIS Group Ltd.

Maris Novozilovs completed their bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Baltic International Academy, from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Rīgas Teikas Vidusskola from 1986 to 1998. Maris also obtained a certification in Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI from Microsoft in June 2020.
