Vaida Maracinskaite

Vaida Maracinskaite has a diverse range of work experience. In 2014, they started as an intern at Tezaurus, and later in 2015, they worked as an Office Administrator at Aviva. In 2016, they gained further experience as an intern at IrRADIARE. In 2017, they joined Bilietai.lt as an Accounting Assistant and also began working at Ekleft as a Recruitment Specialist. At Ekleft, they eventually took on the role of Senior Recruitment Specialist/Account Manager from 2018 to 2021. In 2021, they moved to Addendum, where they worked as an IT Talent Acquisition Partner until 2022 when they joined EIS Ltd as a Talent Acquisition Partner.

Vaida Maracinskaite completed their Bachelor's degree in Management and Business Administration, specializing in Financial Accounting and Audit from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University in the years 2011-2015. During this time, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave from 2013 to 2014.

Later, from 2015 to 2017, Vaida pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University. In 2016, they also attended ISCAL-Lisbon Accounting and Business School for a brief period, where they obtained another Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
