Valentine Pavlov has extensive work experience in the field of delivery management and project management. Valentine served as the Vice President of Worldwide Services at EIS Group Ltd, where they spearheaded alliance implementations program management and worked closely with system integrators. At NetCracker, they held the role of Solutions Delivery Manager and oversaw a group of Delivery Managers, successfully managing a portfolio of implementation projects for telco clients. Valentine also worked as the Global Delivery Director at Exigen Services, where they built a distributed delivery organization and implemented delivery processes for customer implementation projects across multiple regions. Prior to this, Valentine served as a Delivery Director and Project Manager at Exigen Services, where they were responsible for project portfolio management, ensuring client satisfaction, and resource management.

Valentine Pavlov has a well-rounded education history in various fields. Valentine began their academic journey in 1997 by pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI". Valentine dedicated six years and completed the program in 2003.

To further enhance their qualifications, Valentine Pavlov ventured into the field of Project Management in 2006. Valentine enrolled in the Project Management Institute, Inc., and obtained a certification in Project Management (PMP) after completing a year-long program.

Valentine Pavlov's thirst for knowledge did not end there. In 2007, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in General Management at Vlerick Business School. Valentine dedicated two years to this program, successfully completing it in 2009.
