Yanina Aliakseyeva

Yanina Aliakseyeva has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Yanina began their career at Alfa-Bank (Belarus) in 2015 as a Finance Analyst, where they worked until August 2017. During their time there, they were involved in a project called "Alfa-Business Mobile 2.0" as a Business Analyst. Yanina'sresponsibilities included software requirements management, close collaboration with stakeholders and the development team, as well as interface prototyping and business process modeling and optimization.

In December 2019, Yanina joined EIS Ltd as a Business Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Senior Business Analyst in February 2022. The duration of their current role at EIS Ltd is ongoing.

Yanina Aliakseyeva completed their education at various institutions. Yanina attended Vitebsk State Technology University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Banking. Yanina then enrolled at Belarusian State University from 2015 to 2017, where they pursued a Master's degree in Finance. In 2017, they briefly attended IT Academy to study Business Analysis.

Additionally, Yanina has obtained several certifications in their field. In 2017, they received an IQBBA certification from IT Academy. In 2019, they completed a course on Mobile Application Design from the British Higher School of Art and Design. Yanina also acquired Agile Essentials with Scrum and Kanban certification from AgileLAB.org in 2019. Furthermore, in 2020, they achieved an EF SET English Certificate with a score of 73/100, demonstrating their proficiency in English.
