James Timothy Payne, JD, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and business integration. Currently serving as Director of M&A Integration at EisnerAmper since January 2022, Payne brings a wealth of knowledge from previous roles, including Principal Consultant at Merger Integration Consulting, LLC, and Vice President positions at TriNet and LexisNexis.
