Elia Giovacchini

Elia Giovacchini has a diverse work experience starting from 2008 as a Teaching Assistant at Utrecht University. Elia then worked as a Guest Researcher at Stockholm School of Economics in 2009, where they focused on researching the use of three-dimensional digital environments for supporting User Innovation in the e-service industry. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Project Manager and Researcher at Stockholm School of Economics. Elia then pursued a Ph.D. at Stockholm University - Stockholm Business School, where they were a Ph.D. Candidate from 2010 to 2017. In 2014, they worked as a Visiting Scholar at ETH Zurich. In 2017, they joined Stockholm Business School as a Lecturer and later transitioned to working at EIT Digital. At EIT Digital, they started as an Innovation Analyst in 2018 and currently serves as the Team Lead of Innovation and Education Operations since March 2020.

Elia Giovacchini completed a PhD in Business Administration and Management at Stockholm University in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a master's degree in Business Informatics from Utrecht University between 2007 and 2009. In 2008, they attended Leiden University as a guest student, focusing on an IT Strategy and Planning course. Their undergraduate studies were pursued at Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna, where they received a Bachelor's degree in "Internet Science" with a focus on Computer Science and Management from 2002 to 2006.
