Adrian Solomon

Adrian Solomon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, consulting, and academia. Currently serving as Manager for Serbia and Government Relations at EIT Manufacturing since January 2023, Adrian also holds the position of Director at Helixconnect Europe since March 2021, overseeing the development and expansion of operations in Eastern Europe and the Western Balkans while attracting R&D funding. Prior experiences include roles such as Business Consultant at Drees & Sommer, Deputy Director at South-East European Research Centre, and Associate Professor at The University of Sheffield International Faculty, where Adrian focused on integrating industry engagement into academic programs. With a Ph.D. in Environmentally Sustainable & Resilient Freight Transportation and Supply Chain Management from The University of Sheffield, Adrian has demonstrated expertise in project management, research, and stakeholder collaboration throughout various positions in both governmental and educational sectors.
