Olga Trofymova

Olga Trofymova currently serves as the Manager for EIT Manufacturing in Ukraine, focusing on building community awareness of services and funding opportunities. With extensive experience, Olga holds the position of President at IMC-Ukraine and Cluster Manager at the Ukrainian Automotive and Mobility Cluster. Olga has also led internationalisation efforts as Head of Internationalisation at the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance, which was co-founded by Olga. Additional roles include serving as QAC Chair at ICMCI and working as a consultant on TACIS projects. Olga’s educational background includes a PhD in Industrial Economics from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" and further studies at WU and the National Aerospace University - 'Kharkiv Aviation Institute'.
