Andrea Johnson is a strategic compensation leader with over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing comprehensive compensation programs. Currently, at E. & J. Gallo Winery since November 2016, Andrea serves as the Head of Global Compensation, Retirement, and HRIS Strategy, focusing on executive compensation, talent attraction, and alignment with business strategies. Previous roles include Director of Compensation at Polaris Industries and Sr. Compensation Analyst at Hutchinson Technology, along with foundational experience as a Human Resources Administrator at Eaton Corporation. Andrea holds an MBA in HR Management from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
