Bob Grear is an experienced operations executive with a robust background in the beverage and personal care industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits since August 2022, Bob has held key operational roles at several notable companies, including Operations Manager at Sawyer Products and Director of Operations at Not Your Mother's Haircare. Bob's previous positions also include Regional Director of Operations at Wine.com and Director of Operations at Breakthru Beverage Group. Bob's educational foundation was established at Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 1987 and 1989.
