David Pierce has extensive experience in total rewards and human resources operations, currently serving as Sr. Director, Total Rewards & HR Operations at E&J Gallo Winery since October 2006. Roles at E&J Gallo include leadership in areas such as direct and executive compensation, wellness, employee benefits, HR technology, and disability management. Prior positions include Director, Benefits & HRIS at Palm, Inc. and Sr. Benefits Consultant at Watson Wyatt, along with earlier experience as a Benefits Consultant at Hewitt Associates. David holds an MBA in Finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a BA in Economics from San Diego State University.
