Elaine Lee-Payne

Elaine Lee-Payne, MBA, SPHR, is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Global Director of Human Resources at E. & J. Gallo Winery since 2014. Elaine leads strategic efforts for the International & Spirits business units, focusing on upgrading talent, enhancing business performance, and developing global teams. Prior experience includes key HR roles at Campbell Soup Company, where Elaine managed change initiatives and organizational effectiveness in various functions, and On Assignment, where recruitment strategies were executed for healthcare and scientific professionals. Academic qualifications include a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from La Salle University, and several certifications in Leadership Coaching, Organizational Design, and Human Resources Management. Currently pursuing a certification in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance at Rutgers University, Elaine holds the SPHR certification from SHRM.
