Viktoria Smus is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and business development. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Bacardi, Viktoria has previously held key HR leadership roles, including HR Business Partner for Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and the CIS.
