Elizabeth Mueller is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at E. & J. Gallo Winery since April 2019, Elizabeth partners with executive leadership to drive strategic business goals, talent management, and organizational development initiatives. Elizabeth previously held the position of Sr. Human Resources Manager at Gallo Sales Company, leading HR functions to support significant business growth across multiple locations. Prior experience includes HR management roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev and Anheuser-Busch, where Elizabeth oversaw HR operations, labor relations, and employee development for large teams. Elizabeth holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a B.S. Degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences with Honors in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
