Neha Malik

Neha Malik has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and hospitality. Neha currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Bacardi, a position they have held since October 2020. Prior to this, Neha worked as an Assistant Manager - Human Resources at Bacardi from April 2018 to September 2020. Neha also served as a Senior Executive Human Resources at Bacardi from December 2012 to March 2018. Before joining Bacardi, Neha worked at The Leela Keminski Hotel and Residencies in Gurgaon as a Front Office Supervisor from November 2008 to June 2012. Additionally, they held the role of Front Office Assistant at The Leela Palaces & Resorts from November 2008 to October 2009.

From 2016 to 2018, Neha Malik pursued an MBA Executive in Human Resource Management at the Faculty of Management Studies - University of Delhi.
