Matt Pedrick

Matt Pedrick serves as the Senior Director of Learning and Talent Development at Gallo since February 2022, overseeing operations, corporate delivery, design, and wine and spirit education. Prior to this role, Matt held leadership positions in various companies, including Head of Learning and Development at B. Braun Medical Inc., where responsibilities included strategizing and executing organizational development across North America. Previous experiences encompass Director of Learning and Talent Management at L3 Technologies, Senior Manager roles at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company and Dish Network, as well as Director positions at PAETEC and General Dynamics ATP. Matt's career began at Marriott International as the Director of Human Resources. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Workforce Education, Training, and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
