Paul Richards

Paul Richards currently serves as Sr Manager of FP&A at O'Neill Vintners & Distillers since May 2024. Previously, Paul held various finance-related positions at E. & J. Gallo Winery from July 2012 to May 2024, including Finance Manager roles in both the Global Supply Chain and Premium Business Unit, as well as Senior Strategy Finance Analyst and Senior Financial Analyst positions. Earlier in their career, Paul gained experience as a Co-Op at Dority & Manning, P.A. Paul holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completing the master's degree in 2012 and the bachelor's degree in 2011.
