Bianca Ghose

Bianca Ghose is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic communications, brand development, and advocacy. As the Advisory Board Director at Ek Kadam Aur, Bianca contributes to the social integration and education of blind children in South Asia. Previously, Bianca held various key roles at Wipro, including General Manager & Head of Strategic Communications, Chief Storyteller, and Head of Marketing for the Global Consulting Group. Bianca’s expertise in storytelling and brand strategy has been demonstrated through over 60 keynotes at global forums, including a presentation to the Government of Turkey. Additional experience includes leadership roles in content strategy at HCLTech and Weber Shandwick, as well as a background in journalism with NDTV, Thomson Reuters, and CNBC TV18. Bianca is a graduate with honors in English Literature from Lady Shri Ram College For Women and holds a diploma from the Asian College of Journalism.
