Rupa Pandya Vass

Rupa Pandya Vass has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Rupa started their career as an intern at GlaxoSmithKline in 2006. In 2007, they interned at Dow AgroSciences before joining AVOS Life Sciences as a Research Analyst in 2008. In 2010, they began working at Praxair, Inc and held various roles including Leadership Development Program Associate, Social Media Manager, Marketing Communications Manager, and Associate Director of Market Development until 2018. In 2018, they became self-employed as a Marketing & Strategy Consultant. In 2019, they joined eKare as the Marketing Director and in 2020, they moved on to work as a Marketing & Strategy Consultant at Ethos Therapy Solutions.

Rupa Pandya Vass completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2004 to 2008. Rupa then pursued a Master's degree in Global Innovation Management from both IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management and North Carolina State University, completing the program in 2010. Their specific field of study during their Master's program was Innovation Management.
