Frank Turner

Frank Turner has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they are working as a Lead Field Data Scientist at Ekata, a Mastercard company. In this role, they are responsible for utilizing Ekata data to analyze and improve the effectiveness of API products in customer systems to combat fraud. Frank also communicates customer trends to inform product development decisions.

Prior to their current position, Frank held the role of Data Science Vice President at Chargebacks911.

From 2019 to 2022, Frank worked as a Senior Field Data Scientist at Ekata, where they focused on analyzing the effectiveness of Ekata API products and optimizing manual review queues. Frank also provided insights and recommendations to product development teams for future and current product improvements.

In addition to their industry roles, Frank has experience in education. Frank worked as a Data Science Instructor and participated in the Data Science Immersive program at General Assembly. Frank also served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Colorado State University.

Frank Turner received their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University between 2007 and 2012. In 2018, they completed a Data Science Immersive program at General Assembly. Additionally, in November 2019, Frank obtained the Sumo Logic Certified Fundamentals certification.
