Sarah Griffin

Sarah Griffin is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager at Ekco, with a background in recruitment spanning several roles since 2018. Before joining Ekco in September 2022, Sarah served as a People and Talent Partner at Ward Solutions, an Ekco Company, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Lincoln Recruitment Specialists, specializing in Funds and Asset Management. Sarah's expertise includes managing the full 360 recruitment process, candidate profiling, sourcing and screening candidates, interviewing across various sectors, and negotiating offer and salary packages. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Maynooth University, completed in 2017, and a Leaving Certificate from Carndonagh Community School obtained in 2014.
