Alaina Cutfield

Alaina Cutfield currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Panuku Development Auckland, a position held since December 2016, where previous roles included People & Performance Business Partner and Associate Business Partner. Prior experience encompasses a role as People & Capability Consultant at Auckland Council in 2016 and various HR positions at T&G from 2012 to 2016, including HR Consultant, Junior HR Advisor, and HR Administrator. Alaina's career also includes significant administrative roles at Westfield from 2007 to 2009 and customer care experience at Vodafone New Zealand in 2005-2006. Alaina holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Human Resources Management and Accounting from Massey University, completed between 2009 and 2012.
