Sara Bower

Sara Bower is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Associate at Ekō since November 2022. In this role, Sara leads global recruitment initiatives, focusing on developing strategic hiring processes to enhance candidate experiences. Prior to this position, Sara worked at Cardiff University as a Human Resources Coordinator for six years, alongside various roles in human resources and operational support at institutions such as The University of British Columbia and Barnardo's. Sara's career began at BMW (UK) Manufacturing Ltd in HR and communications. Educationally, Sara holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Management with a Year in Industry from the University of Birmingham, earned in 2008.
