Roni Katchankski Shevach has held positions in the tech industry since 2009. Roni began their career as a Personal Assistant to the Senior VP at 888holdings, where they were in charge of office administration, managing schedules, travel arrangements and human resources. Roni was also responsible for leading various projects to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs, as well as community involvement projects. In 2017, they moved to eko, where they took on the role of Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for day-to-day office administration, employee welfare and managing recruiting and employee onboarding processes. Roni also planned an annual budget and joint office activities, as well as maintained relations with the company’s US office. Additionally, they took part in developing the Eko Engineering brand as a technological leader. Roni also held the position of Benefits & Admin Manager at eko.

Roni Katchankski Shevach obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Psychology and Education from The Open University of Israel between 2005 and 2010.
